The teachers
In order to maintain our high standard of services to you, our students, the school employs only highly educated and experienced teachers. Evaluation and development courses are held frequently to keep the personnel up to date on the latest teaching techniques. When selecting teachers we take into account their knowledge and experience in specific areas, plus their personalities so that they are able to meet our students' needs and expectations. Our teaching methods
We emphasize a lively spoken language. Continually accentuating the use of verbal communication permits you to learn languages naturally, combining theory with easy practice, and thus increasing your knowledge faster, therefore living you confident. The structure of the language and its practical application is very important. All teaching materials are well suited to the needs and requirements of students. Thanks to a permanent work force, the didactic materials are continuously updated and adapted to the recent results of research on teaching languages to foreigners.

At SIMS, you are placed in classes oriented in accordance to your needs. Our school offers six levels of courses, from total beginners to very advanced, following the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages which has become a standard in Europe.

Optimised classes
Emphasis is placed on getting students to actively participate in lessons. Classes of small size provide students with more individual attention which is an advantage for all. SIMS represents the ideal environment for efficient language improvement.

Languages courses
We provide different types of courses in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.

Activities
Our school offers a wide range of activities for everyone such as: sports, cultural excursions, entertainments and other social events. We also propose attractive, optional packages to various outstanding European Cities. Winter skiing and snowboarding sessions are especially popular with SIMS’ students.

Accommodation
Your accommodation is an essential component of your stay with us. Our carefully selected host families offer friendly, comfortable surroundings and play a central role in our programmes. A choice between hotels, apartments and youth hostels with students from around the world is also possible.

SIMS centre has an impressive and brand new infrastructure with modern classrooms full of natural light. The environment is relaxed and the atmosphere diversified. We offer a computer lounge with free internet access, a study lounge, a cafeteria and lots more…

Certificates & Diplomas
At the end of your studies, you receive a certificate that mentions all the details of the programme in which you participated, including the levels you obtained. Furthermore, you also have the opportunity to sit for the DELF or Cambridge examinations and receive an official certificate recognised not only by the French and English Ministries of Education but also internationally.
